What is ToolPromote?+
A curated directory of AI, SaaS and developer tools. Browse by category, search, read the details, and upvote the ones you like. The leaderboard is ordered by community upvotes.
How do I get my tool listed?+
Use the Submit page. A standard listing is free and reviewed within 48 hours — we check that the site, logo and description are real and accurate before it goes live. Every approved listing links back to your site.
Are the backlinks dofollow?+
Yes. Standard listings are free, human-reviewed editorial picks, so the link from your tool page to your site is a clean dofollow link. Only clearly labelled paid placements (the FEATURED badge and sponsor slots) carry rel="sponsored", as Google's guidelines require for paid links.
What does FEATURED cost?+
A featured listing is a $49/month subscription (cancel anytime). It adds the amber FEATURED badge, gives your card priority placement in the browse grid and rails, and highlights your row on the leaderboard.
How do the sponsor placements work?+
There are 20 sponsor slots shown site-wide — vertical rails on desktop, and bars fixed to the top and bottom of the screen on mobile. A slot is a $199/month subscription showing your logo, name and one-line pitch. The Pricing page shows how many spots are open right now; if the current month is full, you start with the next open month.
How does paying work? Do I need an account?+
No account needed. Click a plan on the Pricing page and pay in one click — checkout is handled by Waffo, our merchant of record, which collects your email for the receipt. Right after payment you fill in your campaign details (sponsor slots pick their start month there). All plans are monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; the full billing policy is in our Terms.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?+
Self-service, anytime. Sign in with the email you used at checkout, open Billing & subscriptions from your avatar menu, and click Cancel subscription. Canceling stops future renewals and your placement stays live through the end of the current paid period. For invoices or a payment-method change, reply to your Waffo receipt email or contact support@toolpromote.com.
How is the leaderboard ranked?+
By upvotes, highest first. Open any tool and press Upvote to move it up. You can also sort the board by rating.
How do accounts, upvotes and reviews work?+
Sign in with Google or with email + password. Your account page shows the tools you've submitted (with review status), your subscriptions with self-service billing, and security settings. Votes and reviews are currently remembered per device, and reviews appear with a “pending review” tag until they're moderated; account-synced counts across devices are rolling out next.
How do I advertise or ask a question?+
