SEMAPRAX is an experimental Apache-2.0 systems programming language and compiler from Wavect GmbH. Its v0.2 pre-alpha exposes stable semantic identities and a deterministic graph for agent tooling, supports replayable evidence-gated semantic changes, explicit capabilities and ownership checks, and emits native C11/Clang and WebAssembly Core artifacts. It is a research prototype, not production-ready.
