What we collect
Browsing ToolPromote requires no account. When you submit a tool we collect what you type into the form â including your name and email â so we can review the listing and reply to you. That's the only personal data we ask for.
On your device
Upvotes and draft reviews are stored in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until account-based voting ships.
How we use it
Submission details are used to review and publish your listing and to contact you about it. We don't sell personal data. We don't email you marketing unless you explicitly opt in to the newsletter.
Analytics & hosting
The site is served from Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Any product analytics we add will be privacy-respecting and cookie-light, and listed here.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete your submission data any time at hello@toolpromote.com. Clear your browser storage to remove locally saved votes and drafts.
